1.1 How quickly will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 days of the order being placed and payment has been processed.
1.2 What carrier will my order ship with?
Black Swan Boutique uses USPS unless we are contacted previously to an order placed and a shipping carrier and shipping fee have been agreed upon.
1.3 Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a USPS tracking number as soon as a label has been printed for your order.
1.4 Can I upgrade my shipping method?
We offer USPS Standard Parcel and USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping. If either of these do not fit your needs, please contact us at blackswanboutique@mail.com. Most likely we can upgrade your shipping if you contact us prior to placing your order to accommodate your needs.

2.1 Where is Black Swan Boutique located?
Black Swan Boutique is an eCommerce site that gets around! That's right ladies, we are online only but we make it out and about to meet our lovely customers at trade shows and Holiday shows. We are based out of Houston, Texas and that is where our warehouse will ship your orders from. We post on our social media sites and our Blog as to what shows we will be attending in and around Texas. We look forward to meeting you!
